My daughter goes to a daycare/preschool center and has many teachers as well as the director so for the holidays last year we made homemade breads to give out since she doesn't just have one or two people she interacts with. I know a lot of people do tip their daycare providers but it seems like since she owns the business a tip isn't necessary. I tend to tip "employees" but not owners.
