Sorry if I was unclear. I did magically receive 12,000 MQMs. (It happened after I called about some missing missing miles; they gave me the ones I was due, plus the "magic" ones.)

As in your case, the MQMs do not appear on my statement - they only appear in the total. If I add my statement balance, I am about 12,000 miles short of what they are showing in my total MQM balance.
