TK is better than MS, but there's no need to dread your flight. They operate a fairly new A330 to JNB (not sure about NBO) with seating pretty much equivalent to the old UA business class. So not a nightmare.

You'll have the new terminal in CAI, which is also much more pleasant than the previous one.

CAI is a fascinating and exciting city. Have fun while you're there!
