TK hands down!

Really great food in business class, comparable to what you'll get in first class on some carriers.

The seats are pretty decent too and so is the amenity kit.
As for transfers IST is very easy to navigate and the TK lounge is really pleasant if you get some time to spare.

I very much doubt you'll be disappointed with TK C.

Just like others have said I have not heard anything positive at all really about Egyptair.
