Go for TK
Hi,

I have done both before and TK is way ahead compared to Egyptair.
IST is a much better airport to transfer in and TK inflight products are much better compared to Egyptair.

As other posters have indicated, MS is a dry airline and business class is actually rather a sort of Premium Economy.

I would go for TK in any case..
