Stayed here last week on a free night (from the Big Welcome offer). I'm a lowly Gold Passport member, but was delighted to receive a box of chocolates (9 pieces) not long after arrival, along with a welcome note - nice touch!

Room itself was a regular deluxe, nicely appointed. And agree with Guy Betsy's comments re the spa complex - well worth a visit. However do they need to keep the swimming pool at ice cold???!? (This does seem to be a SIN thing - the IC is exactly the same....).
