Also, are you saying that Diamonds do not get a complimentary breakfast at this property? At any AndAs properties? (Never stayed at one before and will be at this one next month.)
Credit - to be used towards ordering off the menu at breakfast - this is pretty normal at most Hyatts. I think that the desk clerk was confused (not unusual with this property) that the credit is supposed to be for at least 2 people in the room if you're a Diamond.
