The drive from Antwerp to downtown Amsterdam is a minimum of 1.5 hours in easy traffic. On a Wednesday morning during rush hour in December it might be 2 hours, or 3, or 4, or 5 ........
If you leave Antwerp around 6:30am you have a decent chance to be in downtown Amsterdam before 10:30am.
