IMHO it's hard to isolate the best seat. I haven't enjoyed the first (1A & 1K traffic/toilet proximity, although past the curtain) or fifth rows (galley proximity), when I've sat in them, and A or K seats are better than the middle. I had 2k ON Sunday syd-sin and was fine.
