Food Poisoning Questionaire
Just to update, as promised, on Cathay's handling of my wife's case of food poisoning after taking a flight from Hong Kong to Singapore last week.
I got a fax from Customer Services today enclosing a "Suspected Food Poisoning Questionaire" and promising to investigate the case and let us know the findings as soon as possible.
Not bad--it only took them three working days or so to respond to my initial complaint.
Now let's see how quickly they nvestigate.
