Booked a standard room. Got upgraded to a club room.
How are the rooms?
Rooms are slightly spacious but doesn't compare to the Intercontinental Beichen at the Olympic Village.
How is the exec. lounge?
Club lounge was alright. Still isn't as fantastic compared to the one at the Olympic Village. Limited selection and the staff didn't really top up the food after its finished despite within the club lounge hours.
What was good and what was bad?
Hotel's location is also quite superb - a subway nearby and not too far a ride for tourist attraction places such as Tian An Men, Forbidden city, etc. Breakfast at this hotel was superb! Great selection of foods. The Chinese restaurant wasn't too bad either.
Can't really fault this hotel on any major bad performance.
