I would wait patiently until one day they quietly decide to allow conversions again (may be a few years, but at the rate they keep changing things, you never know).
Is this change only for personal cents?
I just called to see if this was the case and the cent rep I got said the criteria changes constantly and she is not sure if that is the case or even what the criteria is LOL.
Anyway, she said all she can do is see if an invitation has been extended on my account, which she can check, or she can notate my account with an interest in a personal cent.
