People with that kind of intolerance on the job for what they are doing are just outrageous. Staff like that do serious harm to their employer and they need either desperate training or to be replaced.
Is it that hard to know these basics (ac type I am on and differences in service due to ac type) or even worse, it is that bad to ask a supervisor if several customers seem to know something I do not know?
