We stayed at the Vacation Club last year. It is actually in the same property as the hotel. The Vacation Club rooms are simply two rooms converted into a one bedroom suite, with the other room being a living room/dining room /kitchen. You get two bathrooms, one in each room. Also a TV in each room. I believe that the sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed, so the kids could sleep in there. Even if you don't get an ocean view, the Vacation Club rooms are fabulous. As the previous poster said, keep trying for availablity - you can check online at Marriott.com, in case you were unaware of that, and then call to change if it becomes available.
