my brother stayed there - he said that there was an Executive Lounge - decent hors d'oeuvres in the evenings - weird policy was limit of 2 beverages per guest (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Breakfast was pretty good too.
Location for tourism isn't the best, it's about a $15-$20 cab ride to the central/downtown part of town. The Bogota Marriott is more ideal location to be closer to the airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport as well.
