Do not need any special link in my case, just go to "hilton.com" (it leads to www1.hilton.com/en_US site for me, not sure for others), click the "specials and packages" button on the top (right below Hilton logo). In the "specials and packages" page, a list of promotions can be chosen when you do the search.
Yes. That's what I did (for a reservation last night at the IAD Hilton @ $59.25 plus tax
). You just have to click onto the link for all of the Hilton specials. It's no longer highlighted on the homepage. And the deal is good through December.
