When trying to redeem miles for gift cards in the Marketplace (about the only thing of value that you can actually redeem SkyPiles for now ) I can't complete the purchase:

I love the generic implications of 'Some error'...

And to rub salt in it, when i try and 'Contact Us' to report the problem, the SEND BUTTON DOESN'T WORK! Un F***in believable! The lights are on but no one is ever home at Delta IT.
