I must admit that the level of fit and finish was disappointing given the comparable facilities at Changi like the T3 Silver Kris Lounge and the T1 Qantas/British Airways Lounge.

The amenities provided were also disappointing...no L'occitane or Molton Brown typically found in J lounges.
