What is a stopover charge?
I was just off the phone with the dreaded Indian Call-Center and was asking about whether or not I can make changes to include a stopover in SIN for 3 days.

A few moments later, she came back and said that she can, but there will be an extra stopover charge of US$ 25-30. Now I don't know anything about this charge, and is it still applicable for C fare or does C fare basically allows me to add stopover for no extra cost?
