Just checked my credit card activity on-line to see if Orlando Marriott World Center charged me the $200 for the upgrade and they didn't process it. HOORAY! Although, they did submit a second charge (the first charge for meals and incidentals) to cover the self-parking that was not included on my final hotel bill. I was charged a flat fee of $20 plus tax = $21.32.
