Name Chnage on a domestic flight-URGENT HELP NEEDED
I booked two one way flights for my friends (Mr. and Mrs.) last night one for bkk-hkt and the other hkt-bkk..In my haste, in the hkt-bkk leg, I used the wife's nick name instead of her passport name. The other ticket is fine..
I am in Canada and the US offices are closed on the weekend, so I called Bangkok and they said that on domestic I can NOT change the name, even if it is within 24 hours of online booking. I MUST according to them, buy a new ticket (the one I booked is non changable non refundable)..

I know that Air Canada allows us to recover from our mistakes for up to 24 hours, but I guess Thai does NOT

Do I have any other options other than buying a new ticket?
