I've never eaten at the restaurant, but otherwise I have to agree with trvlr64; it's really nothing special at all. It's in your standard soul-crushing suburban location: a clover-leaf highway exit (Route 128). If you need to stay along 128, I would recommend the Waltham Courtyard or the Woburn Courtyard (near the 128/I-93 area) over Peabody. Or better yet, stay downtown and drive up, although that may not be an option if you're on biz.

As a footnote, I will be staying at the Courtyard Revere (MA), the Marriott Newport (RI), and the Brookline (MA) Courtyard this weekend, so I'll give a report come Tuesday.
