I can keep my situation short and to the point.

I redeemed two award tickets, JFK to SYD several weeks ago.

I decided this past Wednesday night (11/18/09) that I didn't want to use up 740,000 of my hard earned miles for two BE tickets, JFK to SYD so I cxld the itin.

The million dollar question: (or, the 740,000 mile question) As of this minute, nearly 60 hours later, where are my miles? the 740,000 have not been redeposited into my skymiles account.

I sent Delta an E-mail, havent heard back and called the SMSC and did not get any useful info to help me.

Anyone out there have any idea how long it takes to get miles redeposited?
