AC code share with EVA Air to TPE

HI

I searched for a thread that was posted some time ago about a paid upgrade at Eva's check in from a Y class to PE class on the YVR to TPE code share AC route but can not find it.

Has an FT'r here paid for this type of upgrade in recent times and if so how much did Eva charge.
