Lightbulb Turning to the question of how to most cheaply max this out...
OK, finally I see a way that RR Dining can have some value. Two RewardsNetwark places that sell pizza by the slice are nearby. They have been quite useful for accumulating enough dines to maintain *elite* status in the AAdvantage Dining program. Time to switch the other card to RR Dining now. Pizzatime!

Separately, Mrp Alert, you are so on top of these incentives with regard to car rentals, is this really better than 5,000 DL SkyMiles per rental? (Setting aside for the moment DL's gutting of its FF program, last year.) Or is that the reason for the winking smiley?
