BWI is a stretch... I'm between EWR and PHL.
Best I found would require two runs with at least one day in between at a fare less than phl-anc, and about 12 hours on the ground between flights. I'd save about $100 in airfare, but that'd be offset by driving twice to BWI, or exceeded significantly by taking the train.
