In Shinjuku, alot of my friends have stayed at Sunroute Plaza and really enjoyed its location and affordability. It is located near Shinjuku station and has the friendly limo bus stop. Best rates can be found on Expedia. I have personally never stayed here but it is highly recommended. Have fun!
