Sometimes you can see through the Palms to the Ocean from the balcony depending on floor. Most of the plants and palms were mature size, when they landscaped a couple of years ago. I watched the planting from the room.
The terraces are ground level and there are walls, but not totally private. Nice landscaping, which I tried to duplicate at home, and then watch it grow up. Even have an ocean view 8 miles away!
