There are 2 ATMs in baggage claim (before customs) - one each for ECOBANK and Barclays. These are both on the VISA/PLUS network. They are set up to deliver primarily GHS10, GHS5 and GHS1 denominations with a max single withdrawal of GHS400.

There are about 4 ATMs available at arrivals (once you exit the arrivals hall, turn left and you can't miss them) from a variety of other banks as well. Most ATMs in Accra will be set up to deliver similar denominations, although more and more are eliminating the GHS1 option of late. Never seen an ATM that can do GHS20 or higher.
