I would suggest moving to CX. Op-ups are rather more frequent on CX and KA over SQ (see thread on SQ forum) and at least Silver has lounge access. At HKG, you can use the immigration "Frequent Visitor e-Channels" after registration as CX SL and save time (something I believe SQ doesn't offer?). After getting to Gold, it's a whole different world.
