If I read the OP correctly, he/she is requesting miles for the stay in question. Maybe GP Customer Service did request the miles, and it is the airline that is remiss in crediting the miles.
Whenever I have had to call for a G bonus, etc, the GP points have posted almost immediately.
It's not just the miles that's not posting; the entire stay is not in my history.
And I know that Hilton is has pretty much zero promos (though their GLON and AXON awards are worthwhile), but at least promos from PC and Marriott actually post automatically.
I'm just sick of calling with Hyatt, though I was recently lured over for a while with their FFN and consecutive miles promos. Just would've been nice had one of those stays posted correctly as I requested when I checked in.
