recent kuala lumpur renaissance/JW experiences
I know there are some older threads on these hotels, but I wanted to see if anyone can comment on recent experiences at these hotels -- can I count on an upgrade as a Platinum using an X14 certificate? Also, which has a better Executive Floor? Any other comments/suggestions in terms of which one I should pick?
