Instead I made loud passive aggressive comments like "If you back off he will come onshore but you are scaring him" This turtle was swimming up and down the beach, clearly looking for a place to come up and a pack of people with cameras were shadowing him trying to get a picture. Several waded into the water right in between him and the beach to get a closer shot. Grrrr.
