I noticed that, for the last couple of full-service properties I reserved online a standard room for the weekend, the room description after receiving the confirmation number says concierge-level room.

I know that the point is moot for hotels that don't have the lounge open on weekends, but is Marriott's booking engine *finally* starting to look at your elite status and upgrade your standard room accordingly?

For the record, it's happened to me for the San Mateo Marriott and Nashua Marriott.
