It has nothing to do with American or not - it has to do with knowing how to properly manage your premium cabin and customers. Apparently CX knows how to do it, even if they also overbook - perhaps BA should learn too.
Err, think you need to go and look at posts #56 and #70 to see how CX handle things.

Stick with your beloved CO and CX and stop telling BA what to do
