Do you mean for example a flight is 402 actual miles (as it is between MCO/ATL) but Delta gives you the min 500 mqm credit, on NW you would have only have received the 402? No. NW did not count class of service bonuses just actual miles flown (but the 500 min was in place). On DL a Y fare will get you an extra 50% MQM bonus. Under the NW rules you would still only get the miles flown relative MM status.
402 mile flight in Full Y on DL = 750 MM miles
402 mile flight in Full Y on NW = 500 MM miles
