TJ722, you're asking specifically about reward tickets, correct? I booked a reward reservation on 10/25 and when I went to OSB to pick it up, Quik Trak could not print the ticket. The agent told me that Quik Trak was not seeing my AGR number in the res, and so it could not print the reward ticket as an AGR number is required. The same thing later happened to my wife. So I've been able to pick up revenue tickets fine, but I'm 2 for 2 on Quik Trak not working for reward redemptions since 10/24.
Yes, I'm talking about AGR awards booked through amtrak.com, not revenue tickets... So it looks like I have conflicting reports on whether or not I will sail through on Quick-Trak... Looks like there may be an option to type in the AGR# somehow. I'll plan accordingly.
I'm going to WAS-NYP and back. WAS is pretty easy as there is a Select line but NYP doesn't have a "Select" line per se--only a dedicated line for Acela Express--but when I have problems I usually sneak into the ClubAcela.
