I went to book an AGR reward on the Northeast Regional for this weekend and got the following notice upon booking:
IMPORTANT: We are having technical difficulties printing Amtrak Guest Rewards redemption tickets from Quik-Trak kiosks for reservations made on Amtrak.com after October 24. Bring your e-mail confirmation to a station agent to print your tickets, or call 800-USA RAIL regarding your reservation.
Has anyone had any problems picking up an AGR ticket lately with a reservation made on amtrak.com after 10/24/09? I ask this since I like to cut it as close as possible and standing in the potentially big line at NYP may affect how early I need to show up.
