Are there easily accessible landside ATMs available at Kotoka upon arrival? I googled this and posts in other forums suggest there are, but I'd love to get a confirmation. Any recent experiences?

And this is probably pressing my luck, but does anyone know if they spit out reasonably small denominations? Last time I was in Ghana all the ATMs gave out nice, small bills, but that was 10 years ago.
