Just a bit more detail about how the family accounts will work, eg:
- Can we redeem for people outside of the pool?
- Any restrictions on number/frequency of changes to the membership of the pool?

Also, will Silvers be recarded, or are we going to have Golds with shiny new cards, and the rest with old ones, just to make things more confusing?
