My first trip to Oahu was at the JW Ihilani and I don't regret it one bit. Yes, I went into two 3 or 4 nights and it was a long drive back and forth, but the seclusion and relative peace and quiet was welcome from the fast pace of Los Angeles West (Waikiki )
