I am a new WJ customer too and just bought a ticket one-way YYZ to FLL tonight and realized after getting the confirmation that the flight was for a night flight instead of morning...my mistake taking the first listing and assumed it was morning.

Right away I called the WJ number to change the flight to another time and held for over an hour before giving up. Unbelieveable bad service.

There was no other number I could call and no email address on the site so I could only put in a cancellation of the flight, thinking that within an hour there wouldn't be a charge ... and will try to straighten it all out tomorrow. Wish I booked AC.
