Just put in a TCP request for a MEL-WLG. 2 pax on my booking, 1 pax on another. TCP linking done ok, but the agent said she couldn't move the other person to sit next to us (we are in 6A,6B, wanted the 3rd in 6C), the person flying must call.

So the 3rd person calls QF, agent can see the TCP ok, but says she cannot move her to 6C as those seats are blocked for high status. I thought once bookings were linked, the second booking can access the same seats as the first booking, just like if you had booked all 3 people on the one itinerary. Am I mistaken?
