Does anyone know if UA has any W@H (work at home) call center employees?
This is something I suggested to UA way back in 1999 when I had a DSL line installed. At the time, it was poo-poo'd due to the fact that they wouldn't be able to listen in to the calls. Since that time, I know at least jetBlue does this. It saves them big $$ on rent/lease space for a brick and mortar facility. United would rather outsource calls to third world countries/outsource jobs rather than put Americans back to work.
