I feel ya. Every time pretty much when I've called DL lately, I've reached either someone in Jamacia or South Africa. And DCA seemed kind of like a mess when I went through there Friday. A checkin kisok at the metro entrance level wasn't working, and lines were long. I believe part of this is due to the not-yet merged A & B terminals. Once NW moves to B with DL, I'm sure things will go a lot smoother. I hope.
