For SEA-EWR-SEA, you will be eligible for EUA.

EWR-DEL-EWR will require 40,000 miles each way to upgrade. The co-pay on the outbound is $350. There is no co-pay on the return since you are on a B fare. If you go this route, you can try to use your miles for all four segments.
