Fournier, Andeluna and also Salentein are options for eating in the Valle de Uco. Another option is La Posada del Jamon. Ive not been to Altus so I cant comment.

It is quite a drive from the Uco Valley into town... but remember that dinner is a late event in Argentina so you should be able to get into town and get a table unless your last tasting appointment is very late into the afternoon.
