Interesting redemption option
sorry for the double post but I posted this in the Finnair forum but was wondering what the wider community thought about this interesting redemption option. Read the Finnair post here

Basically, if you have 3,180,000 points (equals 120 r/t C-class trips JFK-HEL) you can get plastic surgery.
Do you think the is a good development?
