For Avis or Budget? Heck, whichever it is, you need to call and find out what's going on. If you got the base miles then the AWD or BCD code is not preventing you from earning bonuses. You could be a victim of

It's happened countless times in the past. For me the most problems have been with Budget:
on line reservation shows the coupon code
conf email from Budget shows the coupon code
pick up car and confirm code with counter agent
return car and confirm coupon code from counter agent
wait forever
call Budget and no coupon code is in their records for that reservation

The 3K miles ARE posting, but they are delayed. I think Delta sweeps them like once a month.
I had a couple of rentals back in early October. Only the base 50 miles for each rental posted back then. But, earlier this month (a month later), Delta did a sweep and all of these 3Ks posted and got picked up.
So, be patient. If the receipts show 3K, they will post!
