So nothing like as good as BA?
Au contraire. Except for the footstool and additional 1ft or legroom that provides, this is the same seat as BA LCY in CW, and (I noticed this week) new Continental BusinessFirst as well.

Is it longhaul or across the Mexicana fleet?

Who is the seat manufacturer?
